You can now use Steam Link nearly anywhere

Valve extend Steam Link out of the home and networking API to all developers

Steam Link Anywhere update allows you to stream games on any PC

The Steam Link Anywhere feature is now accessible as a beta on the Steam Link application just as the Steam Link set-top box.

As the name implies, Steam Link Anywhere will let you stream your games from your PC to your smartphone or tablet where ever you happen to be in the world.

Before Valve killed it off at the end of a year ago, the Steam Link was the best way to stream your game library from your PC to your living room.

Giants Agree To 4-Year Deal With WR Golden Tate
Philadelphia acquired him at the trade deadline from Detroit, and he went on to catch 30 passes for 278 yards and a touchdown. Even though the club has moved on from some key players, the addition of Tate would seem to indicate otherwise.

Though this extension of capabilities is now limited to the Steam Link device itself, it is expected to eventually roll out to the official Steam Link Android app. Using the interface to add a computer, users need to select "Other Computer" to add a device to be streamed to. That opens up the possibilities for streaming PC-quality games to just about any device from anywhere a good connection can be found.

Available now, these updates and other new features coming to Steam will be discussed during the Steam Platform Update talk at GDC on March 21. Valve's approach is more expensive of course, but when you come home you can return to playing games at 4K, 60 frames per second (or whatever your PC can handle).

Valve has likewise released the Steam Networking Sockets APIs that are presently accessible to amusement engineers as a component of the Steamworks SDK v1.44 release.

One could argue that the invasion was not exactly akin to what Thanos did at the end of Avengers: Infinity War . Captain Marvel stars Academy Award® victor Brie Larson (Carol Danvers/Captain Marvel ), Samuel L.

In theory, you will now be able to stream your entire Steam library provided a strong enough connection to both your phone and computer.

PC gamers have long used Valve's Steam, it will be interesting to see if they jump ship to whatever Google has cooking, or if this new Steam Link Anywhere feature will be the next big thing in game streaming.
