THREAT Kim warned he could re-start missile launches

North Korea made its first public assessment of the meeting on Friday, with Deputy Foreign Minister Choe Son-hui, who took part in the talks, accusing senior figures in the Trump team of overriding the president and bringing "an atmosphere of hostility and mistrust" to the table, AP reported.

"We have no intention to yield to the USA demands [made at the Hanoi summit] in any form, nor are we willing to engage in negotiations of this kind", TASS quoted Choe as telling reporters in Pyongyang.

She added: "I want to make it clear that the gangster-like stand of the USA will eventually put the situation in danger".

Choe issued no direct criticism of the USA president and stressed that Trump and Kim have good chemistry. The U.S. has said since then that it will only accept its definition of "complete denuclearization" - the total dismantlement of North Korea's weapons of mass destruction program.

Referring to one of his other day jobs as CEO at SpaceX, Musk half-jokingly said "we will be driving a Tesla on Mars" in 10 years. The three most expensive models will available internationally from Q3 2020, with the standard arriving during Q2 2021.

Ms Choe said in Pyongyang that Mr Kim would decide whether to stick to the launch and test moratorium, and she expects him to "clarify his position" soon.

On Monday, the USA special representative for North Korea said Washington would not accept a phased denuclearization by Pyongyang and maintained that the two nations remain closely engaged despite the collapse of the Hanoi summit.

"It is undesirable for the impose additional sanctions if North Korea has not made an explicit provocation", Moon said, "Extra sanction requires supporting reasons to justify, and without legit cause, it will prevent from two side talking". "We have every expectation he will live up to that commitment".

The spokeswoman said the ministry had not confirmed why the North Korean officials decided not to attend. Why call for another summit to offer the same basic deal Trump has offered all along?

North Korea intends to break off denuclearisation talks with the US, a senior North Korean diplomat said on Friday in comments carried by Russian state media. Hanoi was supposed to be the part of the same old story where the USA accepted a meager offer from North Korea and declared diplomatic victory, only to watch the North Koreans take back everything they "gave away" a few months later and demand fresh concessions to refrain from further provocations.

"And following that we continued to have very professional conversations". The summit ended abruptly without a joint agreement after Kim insisted that all USA sanctions on his country be lifted. Talks between Mr Trump and Kim - the second time the two leaders have met - collapsed as a result the latter's demands over worldwide sanctions imposed in response to nuclear weapons programme, which it pursued for years in defiance of UN Security Council resolutions. North Korea expert Joshua Pollack said North Korea may be delivering an ultimatum.

Dolphins trade quarterback Ryan Tannehill to Tennessee
That trade came three weeks after the Dolphins signed Chad Pennington, who would go on to lead them to the AFC East title. It is a decent deal for the Dolphins that is at least comparable to the trade Denver made for Joe Flacco.
