Former Pretty Little Liars star Lucy Hale is returning to The CW by starring in the Riverdale spinoff Katy Keene, just a year after starring in Life Sentence for the network. Now, the cast details have finally been revealed! Katy is described as "a twentysomething New Yorker who aspires to be a fashion designer". A "Riverdale" spinoff based on the Archie Comics character of the same name, "Katy Keene" follows the lives of four characters - including fashion legend-to-be Katy Keene - as they chase dreams in New York City.
