Another Fortnite patch is upon us, and this week, it's becoming clear why Epic removed a bunch of vehicles from the game at the beginning of season 8. Epic has stated they "neither want to add friction for players nor do we want to benefit from accidental purchases or players regretting a purchase", hence the new system. I honestly couldn't tell you if this new "Baller" vehicle is good because I, and everyone else I saw in one, was too busy larking about to play seriously.
There's no indication for when the button will be added, but today's patch, the second part of v8.10, still added a range of new content and gameplay improvements for all three areas of the game. The Baller is a single-seat vehicle that can be found at Expedition Outposts and around pirate camp loot stashes. Not only can you roll around inside this ball, but it features a grappling hook and a boost, so you can swing around the world with speed and control. It'll also protect the player from damage until all of its 300 health is chipped away.
Guardiola Has 'Verbally Agreed To Sign Four-Year Deal With Juventus'
Guardiola described his club as teenagers compared to others with decades-long history in the competition but agreed they were getting nearer.
Also of note is the new cross-play support between PS4 and Xbox One users, as well as Nintendo Switch and mobile players.
Epic says that it expects "an on-average better per-game experience for both Mobile and Switch players", after these changes, and notes that while cross-play is opt-in, you'll be limited to only Creative and Playground modes if you opt-out. Each vending machine will dispense only one item before exploding, but that item will be free rather than charging resources. These completely replace the previous item payment based vending machines. Will you be giving these a go when they appear in the game?
Barr spurns Jets, to stay with Vikings
In five seasons in Minnesota, he had 338 tackles, 13 1/2 sacks, one interception and four fumble recoveries. In five seasons with the Vikings, Barr has totaled 13.5 sacks and been voted to the Pro Bowl four times.
Finally, in other Fortnite patch news, we've got the return of The Getaway LTM this week, along with tweaks to the rarity of both the Infantry Rifle and the Heavy Assault Rifle.
