Another star of hit zombie drama The Walking Dead is expected to leave the long-running United States series after much speculation.

Danai Gurira, who rocketed to fame after joining AMC's zombie series in season 3 as the steely badass Michonne, will be departing the show after the tenth season.

According to the report, the "Black Panther" star and playwright will pop up in what they're calling "a limited capacity - described as only a handful of episodes" for her final season.

But following the departure of Andrew Lincoln, who played the lead character Rick Grimes from the show's beginning, fans must be starting to wonder where the neighbourhood is gone.

Rob Kearney returns to Ireland line-up for encounter against Scotland
Scotland failed to keep Ireland at bay though, and it wasn't long before Carbery restored the visitors' commanding advantage. Johnny Sexton's failure to convert was a small consolation for the major mishap, but Ireland soon stretched their lead.

I don't know how surprising this news is, really. During her time on the show, her star as an actor and writer has risen immensely, thanks to a high-profile role in Black Panther and a Tony nomination in 2016 for her play Eclipsed. Additionally, Gurira is a focal point in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, playing Okoye in the Oscar-nominated Black Panther, Avengers: Infinity War and bound to appear in Avengers: Endgame as well as the highly-likely Black Panther sequel.
