Kay Felder - a 2016 NBA Draft pick who now plays in the G League - was arrested near Toronto early Monday morning for assault and we're told the alleged victim is a woman.
Felder's arrest was originally reported by TMZ Sports.
The team announced it was cutting ties with the 23-year-old in a statement on Monday.

The alleged victim was able to call a family member who then called police who confirmed Felder was taken into custody and booked for assault and uttering threats. He had brief stints with the Chicago Bulls and Detroit Pistons last season before signing a non-guaranteed contract in Toronto this past August.
