Harvey Weinstein Accuser Releases Video of Creepy Business Meeting Before Alleged Rape

New Video Shows Harvey Weinstein Inappropriately Touching Rape Accuser

Newly released footage shows Harvey Weinstein sleazing onto a young woman in his office - just hours before the woman alleges the pervy producer raped her.

Thompson, who sued Weinstein in June, said she made the recording while demonstrating video technology for the movie mogul at his New York City office in September 2011. Weinstein immediately brushes off Thompson's offer of a handshake and instead hugs her, his hand drifting down towards her waist as he rubs her back during the embrace.

That's where Thompson says Weinstein raped her.

AFP reached out to Weinstein's lawyer Benjamin Brafman for comment but there was no immediate response.

As part of the demo, she recorded the meeting. "Can you give it to me?" "It's okay, would you like to do it some more?" he can be heard saying.

"A little bit", she tells him in the video.

He continues, "It (the video) was produced by Ms. Thompson to bolster her position in a civil lawsuit seeking money".

Thompson said she later met Weinstein at a nearby hotel bar, where she said she expected to close the technology deal.

Weinstein, who wasn't even supposed to be at the meeting, denies that any non-consensual act took place.

The two other women in that specific lawsuit claim Weinstein battered and assaulted them in hotel rooms during incidents dating back to the nineties. In an interview with Sky, she said he would go from "almost pulling a trigger on using" her service, and then he would put his hand under the table and up her dress.

"A little bit, mm-hmm", an uncomfortable-looking Thompson responded.

"We believe that the People's response in its entirety makes it absolutely clear that the case against Mr. Weinstein can not be successfully prosecuted", said Brafman in a statement to Deadline.

Thompson told Sky News that she did feel she ever encouraged Weinstein's advances and felt that he was playing a game of "cat and mouse" with her to test her limits and identify her vulnerabilities.

Thompson's rape allegation is part of a class action lawsuit against the former Hollywood producer, whose career was toppled by a series of rape, sexual assault and harassment allegations past year. "This is a further attempt to publicly disgrace Mr Weinstein for financial gain and we will not stand for it. Facts do matter".

She reportedly claimed in court documents that Weinstein tried unsuccessfully to force her to perform oral sex on him before he pushed her on the bed and raped her.
