Trump Walk of Fame 'star' vandal faces three years jail

Members said his immigration policy of taking children from their parents was the final straw and they could no longer stomach having his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

A small district of Los Angeles has asked that Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame be removed, in part because of the way he treats women.

So could the resolution have a serious impact quickly? He's plenty pleased to see Trump's star fade, but he's also advocating for his legendary costar Fisher to replace Trump.

After the meeting, a council rep emailed THR saying: "At this evening's regular City Council meeting, the West Hollywood City Council voted unanimously to approve the Resolution".

Brewers are not required to charge less, but Ford says that there will be various incentives for those that do charge less. Barley Days Brewery , where Ford made his announcement, has said they will be releasing a specialty beer for $1.

Trump received the star in 2007 for his work producing the Miss America pageant before starring in the TV reality show "The Apprentice". "As of now, there are no plans to remove any stars from the Hollywood Walk of Fame", Mr Gubler said.

The vote is largely symbolic: the council has no jurisdiction over the Walk of Fame in neighboring Hollywood, and voted only to urge the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, which runs the attraction, to remove it.

It is no secret that Donald Trump's antics have been irking people to the point that they have been taking revenge by vandalizing his Walk of Fame star.

He was also ordered to pay US$3700 to the Hollywood Historic Trust and $700 to the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce for the damage.

Ever since Trump moved into politics, his Hollywood star has been a repeated target of vandalism and protests. For nearly two decades, he co-owned the Miss Universe Organization, which also included the Miss USA and Miss Teen USA pageants.

Though the resolution was approved, it does not guarantee the star will be removed.
