Tyson Fury. Boxing Fury wins in 'farcical' comeback

The self-styled "Gypsy King" will step into the ring for the first time since 2015 on Saturday night to face Sefer Seferi of Albania. The caliber of opponents will keep on rising.

"I'll be world champion by the end of the year".

The 29-year-old's last fight saw him defeat Wladimir Klitschko to become the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world, but excruciatingly public struggles with addiction and mental health issues prevented any defences of the most prestigious of crowns.

It was an unusual conclusion to an unusual fight but Fury is back on the heavyweight scene and apparently ready for more testing opposition in the coming months.

Fury clowned his way to a win over Albanian cruiserweight Sefer Seferi at the start of his road back towards championship contention. But he took me a few rounds, which I was more than happy with.

Four days of free parking in Dubai announced for Eid Al Fitr
Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) also will remain closed for three days from Sunday, June 17 in view of Eid al-Fitr holidays. The moon sighting committee will meet on Thursday to determine the exact holiday dates.

But Fury was disappointed by the attitude of 39-year-old Seferi, who was giving away more than 50lb and almost a foot of height difference on the night.

Tyson Fury's next fight will be on August 18th on the undercard of Carl Frampton's Belfast homecoming.

"I'll be better next time".

It was not always pretty from Fury, but it allowed the 6ft 9in Englishman to shed some of the ring rust before moving on to harder tests.

Fury played to the crowd in the first round and looked a bit embarrassed when Seferi tried to rough up the former champion.

Fury has plans to regain his three world titles, now in the possession of English rival Anthony Joshua, and his one potential future opponent could be Germany's Manuel Charr who was ringside.

Fury, who is 28 pounds heavier than when he fought Klitschko, will be encouraged by his performance, but victory should be kept in perspective.

But just boxing again seemed unlikely at times for Fury during a troublesome period away from boxing.

After ending Klitshcko's near-decade-long reign of the heavyweight division, Fury received his boxing licence in January after accepting a backdated two-year doping ban.
