In the video that is more than a minute long, Mr. Modi is seen walking in stones, sand, grass, and water besides doing other free hand exercises. In the video, PM Modi is seen practising several breathing exercises and some Yoga asanas.

But that's not where it ends, PM Modi went on to challenge the newly appointed CM of Karnataka HD Kumaraswamy, Manika Batra (table tennis star) and the entire fraternity of IPS officers (especially the ones above 40) to come and be a part of the fitness challenge.

Earlier Virat Kohli had issued the fitness challenge to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, cricketer MS Dhoni and actor wife Anushka Sharma as a part of #HumFitTohIndiaFit campaign. "Dear @narendramodi ji. I am honoured and thankU very much for d concern about my health".

The #FitnessChallenge was started by Union Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore on May 22.
