Silva claims that Frances gave him the guitar as a gift and that he had the instrument in his possession when she filed for divorce in March 2016.

Silva, who was married to Frances from 2014 until their divorce was finalized a year ago, filed the suit against Love on May 25 for an alleged accident from June 2016.

He claims the group conspired to murder him in a bid to recover a famous guitar played by Cobain, court documents lodged in Los Angeles showed.

Trump's Memorial Day Speech In Arlington
The President's first tweet about fallen service members during the holiday weekend came Monday morning in a message that touted the successes of his presidency.

If Courtney Love is trying to escape those persistent "she killed Kurt Cobain" rumors that never seem to die, she has a bit of an uphill battle left to go, especially now that her daughter's ex-husband has all but accused her of trying to have him killed.

Silva alleged they carried out a range of crimes in the attempt to recover the guitar, including burglary, robber, sexual battery, kidnapping, attempted murder, criminal threats, extortion, emotional distress, trespassing and false imprisonment. Last year Cobain tried to legally force Silva to return the iconic 1959 Martin D-18E guitar to no avail. And he claims, Lutfi grabbed Silva's genitals through his trousers, moved to within inches of his face and whispered, "Listen fa***t, calm the f*** down or we'll drag you upstairs and take turns f****** you".

Butler has been named in the lawsuit alongside Love, Love's manager Sam Lufti, private investigator John Nazarian and musician Michael Schenk, according to a copy of the civil complaint obtained by PEOPLE. That's when, Silva claims, Lufti broke into his house shortly after midnight with Butler and a man named Yan Yukhtman, and all three of them allegedly kicked out a friend who was over before threatening to rape and beat Silva.

Trump reportedly wants to push German carmakers out of the U.S.
Although he is for free trade, but not at any price: "I love free trade, but it must be a smart trade, so I call him fair". There's also the fact that a number of German automakers already have huge manufacturing presences in the US.

According to the lawsuit, a campaign of harassment was waged against Silva by Lufti, with the crescendo coming on June 3, 2016.

Silva is asking for unspecified damages.

Trump pressured Sessions on multiple occasions to overturn recusal
Trump over the recusal decision last spring, Sessions reportedly offered his resignation, but the overture was rejected. If Sessions is a central witness in the probe, one can hardly question the appropriateness of Sessions's recusal.
